I’m a traveller, foodie, filming-location-seeker and bookworm from Wales. I want to learn about the world’s cultures and cuisines, books and filming locations and write about it all!

I travel mainly with my husband, Scott, but I love a sister-trip as well as solo weekends.

How Did it All Start?

I’ve always loved trips, holidays and going someplace new since I can remember. As an adult, I was bitten by the travel bug on a weekend break to Amsterdam, and later while teaching English in China and what followed were more weekend breaks, festivals and trips before going on a 6 month trip in South East Asia and New Zealand. Our next big venture was to Thailand, Malaysia and a Working Holiday Visa in Australia for 7 months before we had to return to UK in March 2020. 

Finally, when travel reopened, we did a 4 month backpacking trip around Europe before doing a Working Holiday Visa in Canada for 3 years.

Now, I’m enjoying married life in Wales but finding any chance to go jet-setting (travel inspired by books and film)!
