  • Turn left on Bridge Approach until you come to the bridge.
  • Cross this bridge:
  • You’ll see another criss-cross sign that will have Primrose Hill on it as above.
  • Walk along Regent’s Park Road where you’ll find lots of the cafes and restaurants in Primrose Hill.
  • Stay on the right hand side pavement of the road so that Lemonia is on your right and JOE & THE JUICE is on your left.
  • You will then come to two famous London, red phone boxes like this:
  • With the phone boxes on your right, cross the road and you’ll see the entrance to the park with a map of Primrose Hill on the right hand side like so:
  • Turn right and walk the entire path and you’ll see the hilltop that you need to reach for the London skyline from Primrose Hill.

End: Gorgeous view of the many tourists attractions in London including Canary Wharf, St Pancras Station, St Paul’s Cathedral, The Shard, and the London Eye.

Distance: About 1 mile / 1.62km

Time: It took me 48 minutes to get to Primrose Hill park from Camden Town market (including stops for pictures at the London phone boxes but paused at the view top) and back down to the edge of the park.

On arrival at Primrose Hill park, walk to the top of the hill and you will see a gorgeous view of the London skyline. There’s also a black steel map with all the attractions you should be able to see (hopefully it’s clear). I was so lucky to go on a gorgeous bank holiday Sunday!

If you look around the main circle, you’ll also find a William Blake quote and a William Shakespeare tree in Primrose Hill London.

  • Regents Park is a glorious place to relax with a book about London, while looking over London.
  • Look out for celebrities as many make this their home. The likes of Daniel Craig, Noel Gallagher, Kate Moss, Jude Law and Dermot O’Leary have all had real estate in this neighbourhood. During the 90’s, the celebs who live in Primrose Hill were known as the Primrose Hill set.
